Self-propelled sprayer rental with an operator: the machine arrives with a person who works on it all the time, and fuel and transport are already included in the price. Our fleet has five self-propelled sprayers — New Holland, Case Patriot and Horsch Leeb — with booms from 30.5 to 41 metres. How much does it cost to rent a sprayer per hectare?
Payment is per treated hectare; we fix the rate before we go out. It depends on the area, type of treatment and spray volume, distance to water and transport. Products are not included.
Can I rent a sprayer without an operator?
No, only with our operator — they know the machine and are responsible for an even rate.
Which sprayer should I choose for my fields?
For large, level fields — the Case Patriot 4430 or New Holland SP310F; for fields with wedges and narrow access roads — the Case Patriot 3330 / 3230; for tall crops — the Horsch Leeb with adjustable clearance.
How many hectares does a sprayer treat per day?
From ~310 to ~410 ha per 12-hour shift depending on the machine, with a 0.7 factor for turns and refills.
In what weather don't you go out into the field?
Wind above 5 m/s, temperatures above +25 °C, low humidity and night-time inversion — the product drifts or doesn't reach the leaf.
What is the minimum area to rent a sprayer?
From 400 ha. If you have less, team up with neighbouring farms.
