Turnkey farm machinery — the whole season with one contractor
We take on the farm for the full cycle: soil tillage, sowing, fertilizer application, spraying and harvesting. Our own machinery, our own operators, one crop plan for the season. Western and central Ukraine, from 400 ha.
What the turnkey package includes
Five operations, each of which we also do separately. In the package they follow one crop plan.
Soil tillage
Stubble cultivation, ploughing, deep loosening, pre-sowing cultivation. We come in right behind the combine and finish primary tillage before the frosts.
More about tillageSowing
A precision seed drill with hydraulic row-unit downforce and section control. Early, late and row crops.
More about sowingFertilizer application
Solid mineral fertilizers with a spreader with automatic rate weighing, organic fertilizer and lime, liquid UAN with sprayers.
More about fertilizer applicationSpraying
Herbicide, fungicide and insecticide protection, foliar feeding, desiccation. Five self-propelled sprayers.
More about sprayingHarvesting
Cereals, oilseeds, grain maize. Straw baled with a baler in the same pass.
More about harvestingThe set of operations is yours: you can keep some of the work for yourself — then we fit into your schedule, not the other way round.
The season from start to finish
Turnkey service is not five separate visits but one continuous cycle. Here is what a year with us looks like.
In the turnkey package these dates are not renegotiated before every operation. The schedule is drawn up once — in autumn for the next season — and the machinery is booked in it for you.
One tramline instead of five
Tramlines are permanent strips the machinery uses to travel across the field all season. The point is to keep compaction in these strips, so the rest of the field never sees it.
When five different contractors take turns in the field, each arrives with its own working width and its own tracks. The passes don’t line up — and instead of a few permanent strips you get compaction spread over the whole area.

- The widths of our machinery are matched to each other. We set the working width of the spreader and sprayer so that their passes follow the same tramline left by the seed drill.
- Field boundaries and maps are loaded once. They aren't copied from one USB stick to another between contractors, each drawing the field outline in their own way.
- A heavy machine off the tramline means a strip of compaction. A spreader with a full hopper weighs over ten tonnes. You will see every pass it makes off the tramline in your yield — but only the following season.
To be honest: you can't get the whole season onto one tramline — the combine follows its own track, and nothing can be done about that. But roughly four out of five passes in a season are made by machinery whose width can be matched in advance. That is exactly what the turnkey package delivers.
Compaction at a depth of 30–40 cm isn’t cured by disking. Only by deep loosening, and even then not completely. You will see it in next year’s yield, not this year’s.
What you get instead of five contracts
The difference between the turnkey package and five separate contracts is not a discount. Here is what it is.
- One crop plan. We see the whole season, not just our single operation. If something went wrong in autumn, it shows in spring — and the schedule is adjusted rather than figured out after the fact.
- A slot in the schedule, not a queue for the window. Turnkey farms are in the seasonal plan. You don't compete for the same day with one-off requests.
- One contractor for every question. No need to work out whose tracks are in the field and who is responsible for uneven emergence.
- One certificate and one set of reports. Instead of five sets of documents from five counterparties.
- The same field boundaries in every machine. The outlines are loaded once and work until the end of the season — on every operation.
The field history stays with us: what was applied, what was used to treat it, what the yield was. Next season it works for you.
The whole fleet in one contract
Twenty-seven machines under one agreement — from tractors to a baler. Machine specifications are on the service pages and in the catalog cards.
All machinery comes with operators. This is not bare rental: you don’t have to find someone to sit behind the wheel.
How we take on a farm
From the first conversation to the season review — five steps. The first trip to the field already follows the plan rather than “we’ll see on site”.
A full checklist for preparing the field, access roads and logistics is in the article “How to prepare a field for a contractor’s machinery”.
Getting to know the fields
Areas, crops, rotation, what was done last year. We visit the site if needed.
A crop plan for the season
A list of operations with approximate timing. We show you where the bottlenecks are in your schedule.
Contract and a slot in the plan
We fix the rates per hectare for each operation and put you in the seasonal machinery schedule.
Season
We go out into the field according to the plan and adjust timing to the weather. You know who arrives and when a week in advance.
Season review
What was done, how much was applied, what the yield was. This forms the plan for next year.
The plan is not set in stone: during the season timing is adjusted to the actual weather and crop condition. But the order of operations and the machinery for them are known in advance.

How much the turnkey package costs
The turnkey package has no single rate per hectare — it is the sum of the operations your field actually needs. The final figure depends on:
- Set of operations. How many treatments, whether ploughing is needed, whether organic fertilizer is applied, whether we bale straw.
- Crop rotation. Sunflower, maize and wheat mean a different number of passes per season.
- Area and shape of the fields. One 800 ha block is calculated differently from eight fields of a hundred.
- When the agreement is made. A contract signed in autumn for the next season and a request in the middle of harvest come with different terms.
- Logistics. Where the fertilizer store is, where the grain yard is, how far it is to the fields.
A turnkey package comes out cheaper than the same operations ordered separately: machinery doesn't travel back and forth between farms or stand idle between one-off requests. Exactly how much cheaper depends on the set of work, so we calculate it for your fields.
Tell us your area, crop rotation and the list of work you need — we will draw up a crop plan and calculate the whole season.
Who our clients are
We don’t take every request — machinery and operators are booked for the season in advance. Here is who we work with.
400+
hectares of cultivated area
The minimum scale at which our format pays off for both sides.
9
regions in our service area
Western and central Ukraine — moving the machinery doesn’t eat into the cost of work.
Less than 400 ha? Team up with your neighbours
If several farms nearby put together a combined area of 400+ ha, we come out to the field. One contract, each farm pays for its own hectares.
Questions and answers
Here is what people ask most often before handing over the whole season.
No. Turnkey means we manage the field all season, but the set of operations is yours. You can do some of the work with your own machinery — then we fit into your schedule, not the other way round.
Yes, thanks to logistics: machinery doesn’t travel back and forth between farms or stand idle between one-off requests. The size of the difference depends on the set of operations — we calculate it for specific fields.
We draw it up together: you provide the crop rotation and your field records, we provide timing, machinery and real output. The plan is not set in stone; it is adjusted to the weather during the season.
Ideally in autumn, after harvest, for the following year. Then you are in the machinery schedule and don’t compete for a narrow window with one-off requests.
The client’s, with documents. The price of the work includes the machine, operator, fuel and transport to the field.
400 hectares. If you have less, team up with neighbouring farms: one contract, each pays for its own hectares.
Yes, we work in nine regions of western and central Ukraine. With the turnkey package transport matters less than with one-off jobs — the machinery is already in your schedule.
