Horsch Maestro 31SV for rent with an operator. A versatile precision row-crop planter. The SplitRow system gives two configurations without changing the machine: 16 rows at 70–75 cm for maize or 31 rows at 35–37.5 cm for sunflower, rapeseed, sorghum and soybean. AirVac pneumatics singulate seeds at speeds up to 12 km/h, and AutoForce adjusts coulter pressure to the soil automatically. We work on areas from 400 ha in nine regions of western and central Ukraine.
What makes this machine strong
Three things that let it do the job well and on time.SplitRow
Two row-spacing schemes on one machine — you choose the scheme, not the available machinery.
AirVac
A pneumatic vacuum system — accurate single-seed placement.
AutoForce
Coulter pressure adjusts automatically to soil density — the same depth across the whole field.

What the price includes
This is not bare rental: the machine arrives with a person who knows how to work with it.How much it costs
Payment is per sown hectare, not per hour. We fix the rate in the contract together with the seeding rate and row spacing. It depends on the crop, the area and number of fields, how well the soil is prepared and the transport distance. Seed is not included in the price. More details on the page sowing.

Questions and answers
Call or write to us — we will reply within one business day and calculate the cost for your hectares.
How many hectares does the Horsch Maestro 31SV sow per day?
Up to 110 ha per 12-hour shift — based on working width and working speed with a field efficiency of 0.7.
Can one drill sow both maize and soybean?
Yes, thanks to SplitRow: 16 rows at 70–75 cm for maize or 31 rows at 35 cm for soybean — without changing the machine.
How is the Horsch Maestro different from the Kinze 3600 ASD?
Both drills work in two row-spacing schemes. The Maestro has AutoForce for automatic coulter downforce and a fertilizer hopper — up to 110 ha per shift versus ~90 ha for the Kinze.
Is seed included in the price?
No, the seed is supplied by the client. The price includes machinery, operator, fuel and transport to the field. Treated seed must be in the field before work starts.
Can I rent a seed drill without an operator?
No. The drill works only with our operator, who monitors rate and depth from the terminal throughout the pass.
What is the minimum area for an order?
From 400 ha. If you have less, team up with neighbouring farms: one contract, each pays for its own hectares.
