Kello-Bilt 225TSW for rent with an operator. A disc harrow with a 5.5-metre working width and 710 mm discs for thorough chopping of stubble and plant residues. It quickly incorporates residues into the soil, speeds up their decomposition and improves the structure of the top layer. We work on areas from 400 ha in nine regions of western and central Ukraine.
What makes this machine strong
Three things that let it do the job well and on time.Large 710 mm discs
Cut and incorporate a heavy load of residue.
5.5 m width
A productive pass on large fields after harvest.
Incorporating residues
Speeds up decomposition and improves the structure of the top layer.
Which fields and jobs it suits
When it makes sense to order the Kello-Bilt 225TSW.After maize and sunflower
A heavy load of residue — large discs cope where a lighter harrow “floats”.
Before ploughing or cultivation
Shallow and medium tillage as preparation for the next operation.
Chopping stubble
Mixes residues into the top layer right after harvest.
Tillage equipment in our fleet
Deep looseners, harrows, cultivators and a plough — a dedicated machine for every operation.

This is not bare rental: the machine arrives with a person who knows how to work with it.How much it costs
Payment is per worked hectare. The rate depends on the type of tillage and depth (loosening at 40 cm and disking at 10 cm mean different fuel consumption and speed), the area and shape of the fields, soil type and condition, transport distance and timing. More details on the page soil tillage.

Questions and answers
Call or write to us — we will reply within one business day and calculate the cost for your hectares.
How deep does the Kello-Bilt 225TSW work?
Disking is shallow and medium tillage, roughly 8–15 cm. After maize and sunflower two passes are usually needed.
How is the Kello-Bilt different from the Horsch Joker 6RT?
The Kello-Bilt has larger discs (710 mm) for a heavy load of residue. The Joker is wider and faster — for stubble cultivation at speeds up to 20 km/h.
When is the best time to disk a field?
Right after harvesting the previous crop — that way residues decompose faster and volunteer grain has time to emerge.
Is the operator’s work included in the price?
Yes. We don’t rent out machinery without an operator — the implement arrives with a tractor and an operator who works on it all the time.
When is the best time for primary tillage?
After harvesting the previous crop, in autumn. Autumn tillage lets the soil settle over winter and accumulate moisture.
What is the minimum area for an order?
From 400 ha. If you have less, team up with neighbouring farms and submit a joint request.
